During my Christmas stay, I loved the hotel's central location, just a stone's throw away from the main plaza. It made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. The staff at the hotel were also helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests that I had.
One aspect that I wasn't particularly fond of was the layout of the bathroom in my room. I personally prefer having the toilet and wash basin in the same area, rather than separate.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes away from the main square and the charming Gothic area. The value for money is excellent, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing great service. The rooms are well-appointed, with a nice rain shower and a front verandah offering a good view. The breakfast, included in the price, is delicious and served with a good choice of options.

In this city, I stayed in a hotel close to many major attractions, including the famous Elcort inglis shopping center. The location was excellent, being in the center of the city and close to the airport shuttle stop. The hotel facilities were also great, with a nice rest area and cold water available at reception. The staff was friendly and provided free drinks like tea, coffee, and chocolate. Cleanliness was not an issue since the place was very clean.

We were impressed by the location of the hotel, as it was very convenient to have the bus station near the Mate hotel. we loved how comfortable the beds were, made getting up early for sightseeing easy. we would recommend staying here.
